What is an Entremet?
An Entremet is a cake made up of various layers of different dessert techniques. This can be layers of Mousse, biscuits, cakes, ganache, and other sweet treats!! The outer layer is then either a layer of mousse, mirror glaze, or even ganache. See below for some of the creations I have created and if interested will work with you to create your very own!
